Jan Brouwers & Kristof Stroobants

Integrating operational management and process automation
By Jan Brouwers & Kristof Stroobants

Summary of the session
IT has evolved from focusing on technological issues to managing IT as a business with IT Services as the primary product.
The technology to see, to control and to automate the infrastructure needs to be integrated with the IT business processes to enable IT professionals to work together to deliver high value services.
This session will show how to create the ability to detect and visualize business process degradation; correlate business process problems with IT event cause and how to identify IT and network issues before they become an impact to the business.
