Summary of the session
“Business feels constrained by IT, not enabled”, “IT misuses its power”, “IT delays innovation”. The added value of IT and related service management practices seems nowadays to be questioned all the time. What went wrong? What is wrong? This presentation illustrates what went wrong and proposes a way forward. But at the same time taking care of issues like privacy and security, reliability and availability, etc. it’s a real challenge, for sure.
