Short Bio of the speaker
Jan Mennens has over 10 years of process management experience. He was responsible for the roll-out of ITIL processes in ICT Operations and the roll-out of new modeling techniques and processes in ICT development. As the business architect of KBC ICT, he was responsible for the process architecture and the set-up of process management.
Since September 1st 2010, he is involved in a large scale transformational change programme in KBC Shared Services and Operations. Currently he coordinates the Lean programme in the shared services and operations divisions of K&H, Hungary and the Group Finance Division in Belgium.
