CALL FOR SPEAKERS
(PLEASE FILL OUT THE FORM BELOW)

We are looking for speakers that will explore how IT and the business can integrate to provide greater value to organisations. The following themes are what we are looking for presenters to cover...
  • “Less for More” – Effective and efficient delivery of services that meet business needs
  • “Think beyond control” - Less control from IT to bring more value to the business
  • “IT – business Integration” – War stories or advice on how to mature to integration
  • “Demonstrating value” – How can IT value be ‘crystal clear’ to the business
  • “Start thinking from scratch” – How IT can adapt to working closer with the business by looking at it from a different angle

These are the themes we wish to explore, to find the improvement potential. To achieve the goal of ‘Live the Business’ we believe there is a wide range of topics that can be covered in relationship to the themes...

  • Building relationships with the business
  • Frameworks & methodologies
(ITIL 2011 edition, CobIT 4.1 & CobIT 5, CMM & TickIT for quality mgt, Balanced Scorecards and BI in general which steer strategic discussions)
  • Governance: the “act of governing”
(Relating to decisions that define expectations, grant power or verify performance. It consists of either a separate process or part of management or leadership processes)
  • Innovation
(including looking at whether processes are in the way)
  • Enterprise Architecture
(and TOGAF 9 in particular) – has an important role in the strategic decisions set out by corporate governance
  • Performance management
    (both people and products)
  • Risk Management
    (not just risk avoidance)
  • War stories
(proof of ITSM opening new opportunities for the business)
  • Soft skills needed to achieve this paradigm shift
    (training, mentoring, coaching…)
