For the sixth year in succession, the ITSM community gathered together at the itSMF Annual Conference at Metropolis in Antwerp.
This 2012 edition was a call to leave behind operational enigmas and to “live the business”.
Participants, representing different sectors and countries, were able to network and learn everything about the improvement potential of present and future Service Management activities.
