The itSMF Tooling Event 2011 was a success! More than 200 participants, representing different sectors and countries, with many interesting  presentations and a great amount of interaction among the attendees before, during and after the event.   Thank you all for your presence and for sharing your interesting ideas and views.   KEYNOTE The keynote presentation was delivered by Robert Falkowitz (itSMF Switzerland), author of the book "IT Tools for the Business when the Business is IT". The presentation described the risks and pitfalls of choosing ITSM tools without an architectural foundation. It explained how business architecture, application architecture and data architecture guide the selection of tools to get a better return on the heavy investment in these tools.   PROGRAMME During 1 afternoon, 14 exhibitors and 12 workshops guaranteed an interesting and varied programme. The programme highlighted topics about IT Service Management tools, technologies, products and related services and included many networking opportunities. This innovative event was the No. 1 event of its kind in Brussels in 2011. Looking forward to seeing you in 2012!
