  The itSMF (IT Service Management Forum) is a membership-owned non-profit organisation for people interested in IT Service Management.
• Who are the members of itSMF ?
  Members include IT organizations, software, and services companies augmented by advisory and review boards of industry leaders, analysts, and customers. Collectively, itSMF represents those with a stake in IT service management.
• What does the itSMF do ?
  The itSMF is involved in two areas: First, the organization provides a forum to address technical and business issues that will enhance the benefits of IT management applications and services. Second, it educates the market about IT service management and its value - in effect, marketing IT service management.
• What are the qualifications for joining the itSMF ?
  There are no qualifications required to join the other itSMF than a vested interest in improving IT service management either within your company or across industry. The itSMF makes no judgments as to the qualification of its members.
  In which language are the presentations and Round Table Meetings ?
  All the presentations, Round Table Meetings and events of the itSMF Belgium are in English.
