itSMF publications – call for reviewers
Dear Members,
itSMF is very active publishing in Service Management and related spheres. Quality is a key factor in deciding if books are ‘good enough’ for publication, and what better way than by doing a ‘peer review’.
We are looking for volunteers from amongst our members to take part in reviews so that people from the ‘target audience’ for each book can comment on it before publication
We currently have two books for which we require reviewers.
"Balanced Diversity - a Portfolio Approach to Organisational Change". This book has been written by Karen Ferris and is based on a large-scale systematic review of both academic and practitioner resources related to embedding sustainability in organisational culture commissioned by the Network for Business Sustainability (NBS) in 2010. We need to find ITSM practitioners who would be interested in providing a critical review of this book
“IT that Matters - An Executive's Guide to IT Service Management” by Dennis Ravenelle . For this book we need to find C level executives.
The reviews need to be completed before the end of August
