Organizations are dependent on IT. It is therefore essential that IT performs well; IT ensures the availability of the right functionality, IT is able to implement innovations and IT advises the organization on new application of Information Technology. Psychology teaches us that people particularly get moving when they have one goal. It is therefore necessary that the governance of your IT is performance driven, with clear and measurable objectives. Performance Based Service Management is an approach developed by Quint Wellington Redwood that places measurable improvements at the center of in IT Service Management. This is achieved through an intensive Management of change program and coaching of all staff involved. In this way the approach ensures goal oriented behavior based on measuring and doing the right things.
The speaker for this session will be:
Katja Geerinck, Master of Business Administration, Ph.D. in physics, works as a principal consultant for Quint Wellington Redwood with special interest in Management of Change and Performance Management. Her professional experience in IT extends to 14 years experience in organizational development and process optimization in different consulting, project- and line management roles.
