ITIL V3 Updates: Call for participants

The Core OGC Titles within the ITIL V3 publications suite will soon undergo some updates as part of the OGC's Cyclical programme to update its core ITIL guidance in line with the latest developments in IT Service management.  The result of this review and update will be a new edition to the guidance, but not a new version, as the framework itself will remain largely unchanged.
