What is Going Wrong in my Project Management? Finding the Right Causes for Applying the Right Solutions

Medication is only effective when administered for the right pathology. Worse, the side-effects can be very harmful. The importance of a sound definition of root causes in project failures or efficiency-lags seems evident, but in reality it is often reduced to pinpointing each other or similar vague definitions. This presentation will overlook the principle categories of symptoms and link these to root causes. As closure, it will be demonstrated that there are plenty of possibilities to develop a balanced improvement plan.
